Ususally the cities with most pollution have higher cancer and heart disease and the differences can affect longevity by up to 15years. In my own study the cities on east coast affected most by particulates have higher incidents of disease and asthma and lung ailments then those areas who get clean air. You think thats equal protection under the law?? Do you , does any lawyer? I don't especially if your wife has cancer or your daugther has cancer while the little girl in Colorado don't . You dont' know what you have lost till you lose your health. and the Republicans from Bush terroritory is able to bypass the recommendations of the EPA by appointing a director who simply negates his own agencies recommendations, which , is set up to protect Americans by the way. Congress again doesn't care, American people don't care that they don't side with safety first? They can do more but sometimes the interests of billion dollar profits outweights the interests of familie health. Finally state courts have proven the damages of lost health via global warming and pollution or are trying. Now how many other links and studies do you want or do you want to do but you will never do them. Just have your republican led con artists tell everyone they need more proof because even when they get the proof their r not going to listen or legally have to care...This is what happens when role models go amouck. You need to not care about people if money comes before everything else. I have many links to damages from air pollution why can't people sue. If we have education and standards to adhere to and people have laws to follow, and health care workers have families and regulations to follow and students have homework and matriculated classes to follow how come our govt can't side with safety and doing the right things? How come people have to breathe air that causes me to choke while many others don't? Why don't Republicans care about killing people by their actions when we can do more now.
