Hello folks,
Regarding a message sent by Mr. Brett Nichols, the provided link is broken.
Further information on that subject can be found at the following links:

Hard evidence of koryu names being registered as trademarks can be found by
searching the public records of the Argentine "National Institute of
Intellectual Property" (INPI, Instituto Nacional de Propiedad Intelectual).
Run the following Google search:
site:inpi.gov.ar oscar cirone
The first two results are PDF files for the official records, if you search
"Cirone, Oscar" across them you'll find the registries of Muso Jikiden
Eishin Ryu Iai Jutsu, the Komei Juku mon (Komei Sekiguchi family's mon) and
also the registration of the words "Niten Ichiryu" and "Suio Ryu". This man
trains in a branch of MJER, but not in Niten Ichi ryu nor Suio ryu.
Those are facts (just the tip of the iceberg, there are lots of unkown dark
things as well in that school but that doesn't belong here). Interpretation
and conclusions are up to you.
Best regards,
Julian Dupuy
