You are invited to the next meeting of the Washington Area Computer User
Group (WACUG), scheduled on Saturday, March 17th from 12:30 PM to 3:30
PM at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center
Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia. The meeting is free and open to the public.
Preregistration is not required to attend.
Our March meeting will feature a demonstration of the RFSpace SDR-14
Software Defined Radio (http://www.rfspace.com/sdr14.html), a computer
peripheral that allows the user to hear and visualize a wide range of
radio frequencies.
The March meeting will also feature a presentation about streaming
Internet radio, audio broadcasts delivered over the Internet. The
presentation will cover what you need to receive Internet radio, how to
find online content that interests you, and recent policy changes that
threaten the future of Internet radio.
WACUG is a non-profit general interest computer user group that supports
