In any case, how about you learn a lesson from this incident--don't speed! Needing to pee is not an excuse for speeding. If you didn't feel safe, you could have woken up your dad/mom/brother/sister to accompany you to the rest stop bathroom. I've used many VA porta-potties in the middle of the night, and they've all been clean and safe. Oh, you only saw 81-83? Well that's still 16-18 mph over the speed limit, isn't it? If you were going 5-7 mph over the limit and got pulled over, I would be sympathetic. But you were way over, regardless of your speedo's calibration. The fact that you have 2 other speeding tickets in the last year does not speak well for your character. I'd wager that you wouldn't give a shit about the limit, even if you had an empty bladder and your own car. If you have the bankroll for a lawyer, then go ahead and get one. Otherwise, take driving school, quit speeding, and stop deluding yourself.

I get your drift, but other women seem to make do. In any case, good job taking the course. It made me think and change my ways. Hopefully you got something out of it, too. Good luck!
