Intelligent Technology Solutions is a North American leader in providing executive search services to the microelectronics and engineering sectors We are seeking an ASIC/SoC Design Manager - Storage/SAN experience for our San Jose based client RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage a team of IC Design and verification engineers developing SoCs geared toward storage/SAN applications - Program/project management QUALIFICATIONS: - BSEE or better - 10 years of direct experience in definition, development, design and verification of ICs. - 3+ years experience managing IC design teams. - *Must have experience developing IC’s and/or products for storage system or storage area networking applications. - Experience developing system on a chip(SoC) products - Strong system level skills. - High level hands-on logic design and verification background with Verilog, Specman or other advanced verification technologies - Storage controller system level and protocol knowledge of Fibre Channel, SAS and/or SATA based architectures - Excellent communications and presentation skills - Strong project management skills - Experience in performance appraisal process, compensation processes, career development, and technical skill development for technical staff - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as a manager, with proven experience in resolving conflicts, managing performance and fostering a teamwork environment.
