hey has anyone been successful with remembering to place the tip of the tongue on the roof of the mouth during a dream, lucid or otherwise?? Love to hear how it went for ya. Just curious. Might be something worthwhile to do. In the same league as looking for the hands but with a stepped effect. uncle shorty purports to use this technique after his imaginary buddy told him to try it. Who knows? maybe it works. :)
